2 Hour Telephone Interviewing Techniques

This 2-hour virtual training program focuses on learning how the subject’s verbal and paralinguistic behaviors can help in the evaluation of the credibility of the subject’s statement. It will also focus on structuring the investigative telephone interview, developing the subject’s “pure version’ and then identifying the appropriate follow-up questions.
