How do I register to attend one of your courses?

Most individuals find it convenient to register on our website. We can also assist individuals that might be encountering difficulties with the online registration process – you can contact us via phone at 800-255-5747 ext. 114 or 124 or you can send us an email at

How will I know my registration is confirmed?

Once your registration has been completed a confirmation will be sent to the email that was submitted for the individual registration. If someone other than yourself registered you for a course, the confirmation form may have been sent to their email, please check with them. Please also check your spam folders or equivalent.

What if I register and then I’m unable to attend?

There are several options. Your registration can be transferred to another course that is more convenient for you. If another course or time isn’t available for you, your registration can be transferred to another individual within your organization. To transfer your registration, reply to the invoice and or confirmation you received with the replacement name or names. If you have paid but are unable to attend a course at this time, we can retain the prepayment for future use, or you may request a refund.

Can I register without pre-paying?

When you register you will be asked for the payment option you prefer. Payment (or receipt of a valid Purchase Order) must be received before the course date.

Which forms of payment may I use?

Most major credit cards are accepted. We also accept checks and ACH/EFT's as payment. Your organization may also pay by purchase order; Federal and Military individuals should submit their fully completed SF-182 or equivalent.

Are there any discount programs?

When you register multiple individuals for the same program there are group discounts offered which you will see on the registration form when applicable. To be eligible for a group discount, all individuals must be registered at the same time, attending the course at the same location for the same course date.

We also offer early registration discounts for most of our courses.

In-person, live courses

General Info

Attire is business casual

Most of our courses have check-in at 7:45 am and training hours from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm local time. This includes 70 minutes for lunch and breaks. There are exceptions so please check your course by searching for your course under live training options on our website, or check your confirmation email.

Are my overnight stay and meals included?

No, they are not. For programs that are presented at hotel properties, a reduced rate may be available. Mention you're attending a Reid course when booking your room.

Is parking included?

Each hotel location’s parking rates vary. It is best to check directly with the hotel for the best parking options.

Will I receive training materials?

Yes, you will receive a course workbook when you check-in for your training program. No training materials are sent in advance for live programs.

Are there Continuing Education Credits available?

Individuals who successfully complete the programs will receive 6 hours of Continuing Professional Education units per day (unless otherwise noted). The CPE hours you earn will be noted on your certificate of attendance.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

Individuals who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the training.
