In this three-hour ZOOM training course we will share with you interviewing techniques and strategies that will significantly enhance your ability to identify high-risk applicants before they become problem employees.

Notes

  • This is a 3-hour Zoom Training
  • Twenty-four hours prior to the start of the program, you will receive a workbook designed for notetaking and Zoom invitation link to access the program
  • A digital Certificate will be awarded to the registered attendee upon completion of the program
  • We award 3 Continuing Professional Education units – CPE’s for our one-day virtual training program on Hiring the Best: Applicant Interviewing Techniques, based on the following criteria:
    • Instructor-led program – lecture, PowerPoint Videos, Exercises, and discussions
    • Training material (workbook) distributed to each student
    • One CPE credit is awarded for each 50-minute period of instructor-led class instruction
    • Student Attendance is confirmed daily by the instructor by viewing the subject on camera and audio exchange.
