This specialized, seven-part video professional development program is designed to teach school administrators the appropriate interviewing skills to effectively conduct impartial student and staff investigations in accordance with Title IX and related policies.
In this video training program, you will learn how to structure the investigative interview, how to evaluate the credibility of the subject’s statements, and in those instances in which the investigative information identifies the offender, how to create an environment conducive to the subject telling the truth about what they did.
The program includes a 30-page Study Guide that is designed for note taking to enhance the learning experience. This flexible, self-paced format allows you to review the program in accordance with your schedule. You will receive a Certificate of Completion useful for compliance documentation.

When a program is purchased the user has unlimited access for 30 days. If the user takes and successfully passes a 25 question exam they will be issued a printable Certificate of course completion.

If an organization purchases 10 or more programs the cost is reduced to $40 per person. Additional discounts are available for purchases of 25 programs or more. To receive the group discount, add the item to your cart and adjust the quantity.

Joe has been employed by John E. Reid and Associates since 1971 and has been president of the company since 1982. He has conducted in excess of 10,000 interviews and interrogations and has been an instructor in the Reid training programs seminars for over 5 decades. He has authored numerous articles on the topic, and is also coauthor of four books, including, Criminal Interrogation and Confessions (5th 2013) and Essentials of The Reid Technique (2nd edition, 2013).
