Mark has been an employee with John E. Reid and Associates since 1977 and is the director of the Reid Institute of Investigative Training. Mark has conducted in excess of 8,000 interviews and has been a seminar instructor since 1982. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in journalism, and is certified in The Reid Technique®. Mark's vast knowledge and experience in the art of interviewing, along with his previous teaching experience at Southern Illinois University has made him one of our most effective instructors. Within the company, Mark is known for his ability to close a case with a confession. His approachable personality makes him a favorite among course participants.
